APPLICATION

  • Travels inside RAD4110 Series Rail.
  • Supports up to 2in. [51mm] width of electrical cable.
  • Velcro straps allow for fast and easy installation of electrical cables.
  • Installation Tip:  Alternate each trolley assembly from inside to outside when installing power cable.  This will allow for minimal stack-up lengths.

ENGINEERING DATA

  • Trolleys are manufactured from commercial grade pickled and oiled hot rolled steel with a tensile strength of ± 49 ksi and a yield point of ± 30 ksi.
  • Fiberglass filled High Impact Plastic Wheels
  • Side guide rollers and trolley wheels double-shielded bearings keep dirt out and do not require any lubrication.
  • The use of double-shielded bearings within the guide rollers prevents drag on the hose trolley.
  • Max. temp at 100% load -20 degs. F to 248 degs. F.
