Balancers are used in applications where a "float" condition is beneficial. Float allows for the hands-free final positioning of an object. The up / down speed of a balancer is quicker when compared to a hoist and allows for a "feathering" operation when locating the load. The pendant controls are ergonomically designed incorporating color coded thumb levers.

This simulation demonstrates the Servo System's intuitive response to the operator's natural movement.

The system reacts in an invisible manner regardless of the direction the operator moves in. This invisible reation is accomplished by the servo motors sensing and adjusting simultaneously to the operators movements.

The servo motors assist the operator in overcoming the inertia of heavy loads, making the loads feel essentially weightless.
